摘要

目的:建立同时测定和胃散中桂皮醛和橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP（4.6 mm×150 mm

5μm）柱分离

以乙腈和水进行梯度洗脱

柱温30℃

在290 nm处检测。结果:橙皮苷在7.0～70.0 mg.L-1

桂皮醛在4.4～44.0 mg.L-1质量浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系;橙皮苷和桂皮醛的平均回收率分别为98.52%（RSD 1.05%）

99.20%（RSD 1.52%）。结论:本法操作简便

准确度高

重现性好

可作为和胃散质量控制方法之一。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determining hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde in Hewei powder.Method:The analysis was performed on an Inertsil ODS-SP column（4.6 mm × 150 mm

5 μm） with mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result:The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 7.0-70.0 mg.L-1 for hesperidin and 4.4-44.0 mg.L-1 for cinnamaldehyde.The average recoveries of hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde were 98.52%（RSD 1.05%） and 99.20%（RSD 1.52%） respectively.Conclusion: The method is quick

simple

and reproducible

which can be used to control the quality of Hewei powder.
