柱温30℃。结果:确定了生地黄止血有效部位的10批指纹图谱共有模式
进行了相似度比较。结论:所建立的方法可用于生地黄止血有效部位指纹图谱测定
并可对其制剂的质量评价提供科学依据。
Abstract
Objective:HPLC fingerprints of the hemostatic fraction of Rehmannia glutinosa were estab-lished.Method: Akasil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm
5 μm) column was used and the acetonitrile-water was chosen as the mobile phase in a gradient mode.The column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 210 nm.The detection time was 60 min
and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.Result:Fifteen characteristic peaks were indicated in HPLC fingerprints.The relative retention time is as of the common peaks were also determined.Conclu-sion: The method established is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and will provide a reference stand-ard for the quality control of R.glutinosa.
