Immuno-regulation Effects of Wuzi Yanzong Decoction on Immunosuppression Mice
Objective:To investigate the immune regulatory effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction on immuno-suppression mice.Method: Thirty two Balb /C mice

were divided into four groups.Three groups of mice were administered Cy ip(50 mg.kg-1 once a day for 5 days) to induce immunosuppression;two of these groups received Wuzi Yanzong decoction treatment(2
4 g.kg-1 orally once a day for 35 days;5 days after Cy ip).A vehicle treated control group was also included.The body weight and spleen weight were measured.The abso-lute number of total splenocytes and bone marrow cells was analyzed.The absolute number of CD3 + T cells
