摘要

目的:研究五子衍宗汤对环磷酰胺致免疫低下小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:将实验用Balb/C小鼠32只

雌雄各半

随机分为空白组、模型组、五子衍宗汤低、高剂量组

每组8只。空白组ip生理盐水

其余各组小鼠ip环磷酰胺50mg.kg-1.d-1建立免疫低下模型。空白组和模型组灌胃生理盐水

五子衍宗汤低、高剂量组分别按照2

4 g.kg-1剂量灌胃五子衍宗汤。给药35 d后

观察五子衍宗汤对模型小鼠外周血象、体重、脾脏指数、骨髓有核细胞数量和脾脏淋巴细胞数量的影响

流式细胞术检测脾脏中CD3+

CD4+

CD8+

CD19+

NK细胞的绝对数量。结果:造模结束后

模型组小鼠外周血白细胞数、脾细胞绝对数量、相对数量、骨髓有核细胞数量及脾脏中CD3+

CD4+

CD8+

CD19+

NK细胞的数量低于空白组

差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05）。五子衍宗汤能显著增加模型小鼠体重、脾重、外周血白细胞数、骨髓有核细胞数及脾脏中CD3+

NK细胞的数量

差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05）。结论:五子衍宗汤可显著增强环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the immune regulatory effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction on immuno-suppression mice.Method: Thirty two Balb /C mice

were divided into four groups.Three groups of mice were administered Cy ip（50 mg.kg-1 once a day for 5 days） to induce immunosuppression;two of these groups received Wuzi Yanzong decoction treatment（2

4 g.kg-1 orally once a day for 35 days;5 days after Cy ip）.A vehicle treated control group was also included.The body weight and spleen weight were measured.The abso-lute number of total splenocytes and bone marrow cells was analyzed.The absolute number of CD3 + T cells

B cells and NK cells in spleen was detected by flow cytomety.Result:Cy-treated mice showed a significant decrease in the number of leukocytes on peripheral blood
