摘要

2010年版《中国药典》一部药材和饮片部分所涉及的十八反、十九畏药物在其使用注意中明确规定相反药物不宜同用。据统计《中国药典》一部共收录成方制剂1 062个品种

其中含反药配伍的成方制剂11个

包括含十八反药对的品种5个

含十九畏药对的品种7个

既含十八反又含十九畏药对的品种1个。本文对2010年版《中国药典》一部中含十八反、十九畏药对的成方制剂进行整理

分别从这些含反药药对成方制剂的收载情况、反药药对出现频率、处方药味数、剂型用法以及现代临床的应用方面进行了归纳分析

总结了2010年版《中国药典》一部中含反药药对成方制剂的用药特点。

Abstract

Eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen mutual antagonistic herbs are the main contents pro-hibited combination of Chinese medicine.From ancient times to the present days

they are recorded in many herbal medicine books.Whether eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism are incompatibile has become one of the hot spots of academic issues.According to statistics

there are 1 062 products of Chinese patent medicine in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China（volume I

2010）

in which 5 products contain eighteen incompatible herbs and 6 products contain nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism.This paper analyses the formula of Chinese patent medicine containing eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism recorded in the 2010 Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.Based on the prescriptions

the frequency

the prescription’s quantity of medicine

the forms

usages

and the modern clinical applications are reviewed.Then the author summarizes the characteristics of application in order to explore the essence of 18 incompatibilities and 19 mutual antagonisms.
