Objective:To investigate the effects of different formulas correlated therapy to cytokines in insu-lin resistant rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:The research set on the rats model by feeding with high glucose and fat diet together with peritoneal injection of STZ.Fasting plasma glucose

IL-6 were decreased obviously.Conclusions:Formula Ⅰ(Yiqi Yan-gyin Huatan Huoxue) is the best among different formulas correlated therapy.Formula Ⅰ(Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Huoxue)and Formula II(Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Jiangzhuo)have improvement effect on glucolipid metabolism to rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus
