摘要
目的:观察补气消疲饮对实验性慢性疲劳综合征的影响。方法:实验分3组进行:第1组选用18~22 g ICR小鼠70只

每组10只
按体重随机分为7组
即空白对照组
模型对照组
补气消疲饮低、中、高(按生药量计6.5

26 g.kg-1.d-1)剂量组。生力胶囊(0.546 g.kg-1.d-1)组
复方氨基酸胶囊(0.273 g.kg-1.d-1)组
每天ig给药1次
连续7 d
测量并记录小鼠负重游泳时间、出离水迷宫时间以及脾脏质量;第2
3组实验动物、用药剂量、给药途径以及给药天数同第1组
复方氨基酸胶囊组改为醋酸地塞米松片(0.39 mg.kg-1.d-1)组
测定小鼠迟发超敏反应和血清溶血素含量的变化。结果:模型组

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Buqi Xiaopi decoction on experimental chronic fatigue syn-drome(CFS).Method:weight loading swimming time
passing morris water maze time
weight of spleen
delayed hypersensitive reaction(DHR)and serum hemolysin contents were selected to observe the effect of Buqi Xiaopi de-coction in mouse.Result:Buqi Xiaopi decoction could prolong the weight loading swimming time
reduce the passing morris water maze time
increase the weight of spleen
inhibit the DHR due to 2
4-dinitrochlorobenzene
and prove the serum hemolysin contents.Conclusion:Buqi Xiaopi decoction has the effect of antifatigue
improving learning and remembrance ability
immunity
so that it can be an effective traditional Chinese medicine prescription for CFS.The study establishes the foundation for clinical application and further researches.
