摘要

目的:探讨当归基于有效活性成分基础上的治疗早老性老年痴呆症的药理作用和分子机制

为合理评价治疗早老性老年痴呆症的药效特点、作用谱和作用机制以及相关创新药物研发提供参考和思路。方法:通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献

整理、分析、归纳当归治疗早老性老年痴呆症上的研究进展。结果:早老性老年痴呆症由于病因复杂

多因异质的病因学特点

西医尚无有效的治疗方法

而中药当归由于其多种有效成分和药理作用都可针对引起早老性老年痴呆症的病因起到治疗作用

为临床治疗早老性老年痴呆症提供了新的思路方法。结论:目前当归治疗早老性老年痴呆症药理作用及分子机制多集中于单一成分有效性的研究

多成分之间相互作用及分子机制的研究甚少

因此我们应在单一成分研究的基础上加强多成分之间药效及机制相关性的研究

为更好、有效、快捷地开发创新药物提供文献依据。

Abstract

Objective:By studying the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of Angelica sinensis in treating Alzheimer’ disease which based on its active compositions

in order to evaluate the A.sinensis’s multi-component

multi-channel

multi-target pharmacological characteristics

action spectra

molecular mechanisms in treating Alzheimer′s disease and offer the references and research ideas for innovative drugs.Method:The related references in recent years both at home and abroad about A.sinensis were analyzed

collated and summarized.Result:The causes of Alzheimer′s disease’s are complex;there is no special clinical drug to cure this disease in west-ern countries.As A.sinensis has many active compositions

and shows pharmacological effects to treat Alzheimer’ disease

this provide new ideas for clinical treatment of Alzheimer’ disease.Conclusion:As the studies on pharmacologi-cal effects and molecular mechanisms of A.sinensis in treating Alzheimer’ disease were usually focused on the single composition

the multi-component studies have little advancements

so we must do more researches in this respect

in order to provide references and research ideas for innovative drugs.
