摘要

中药复方释药系统是在借鉴西药复方释药系统研究基础上提出来的

是在中医药理论的指导下

依附现代医药理论研究清楚的复方物质基础

将其按复方配伍原则组合成不同释药单元

在体内完成释药过程

从而充分发挥中药多途径、多环节、多靶点的整体治疗理念。作者从中药复方释药系统研究概况出发

以愈肠宁为模型药物

初步提出中药复方释药系统的研究思路

并客观地指出目前中药复方释药系统在研究中存在的问题及展望。

Abstract

The drug delivery system of compound Chinese medicine was proposed based on the drug delivery system of western.Depending on the material basis of chinese medicine which was studied clearly

according to the principle of compound compatibility

these material basis of chinese medicine were combined into different drug units

and completed the delivery proceduring in vivo to play the whole concept of chinese medicine treatment fully under the guidance of tractional Chinese medicine theory.With yuchangning as a model drug

through the research survey of the DDS of compound Chinese medicine

the author initially proposed its research ideas and objectively pointed the problems existed and prospects in the study of the DDS of compound Chinese medicine.
