目的:比较黄连厚朴不同提取工艺
不同配伍比例主要成分含量的变化。方法:1.黄连厚朴以水和乙醇2种溶剂
采用分提与合提2种提取方法;2.以乙醇为溶剂
黄连厚朴以3∶1

1∶1
1∶2
1∶3不同配伍比例提取
采用高效液相色谱法
测定小檗碱、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量。结果:①黄连厚朴的乙醇提取工艺的提取率优于水提取
而在水合提工艺中小檗碱的含量下降40%
在醇提工艺中只下降1%
厚朴的含量在合提工艺中均比分提提高了2%左右。②当配伍比例为1:1的时候小檗碱的提取率较高
厚朴比例越低
其提取率越高。结论:黄连厚朴应采取醇合提的工艺
在提取工艺中
应考虑中药化学成分的不同理化性质
采取适宜的提取溶剂和提取方法。
Abstract
Objective:To compare the different extraction techniques for Coptis and Magnolia and the changes of the main components in extracting Coptis and Magnolia with different proportion.Method:Coptis and Magnolia were extracted together or alone by using two kinds of solvents including water and alcohol with different propor-tions as 3:1

1:2 and 1:3 to determine the content of berberine
magnolol and honokiol by HPLC.Result:The extraction rate of Coptis and Magnolia with alcohol was better than that with water.The content of berberine was decreased 40% as extracting together by water
but was decreased only 1% as extracting together by alcohol.The content of magnolol and honokiol was increased 2% as extracting together with alcohol or water.The extraction rate of berberine was high when the ratio was 1:1.The higher of the extraction rate
the lower of the content of magnolol and honokiol would be.Conclusion:Coptis and Magnolia should be extracted together by alcohol.In the extraction process
in order to take the appropriate solvent and extraction methods
the chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine should be considered in different physical and chemical properties.
