摘要
目的:优选β-环糊精(β-CD)包合川芎挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法
以β-CD与川芎挥发油的比例、包合温度、包合时间为考察因素
以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率为综合评价指标
优选最佳的包合工艺
并对包合物进行验证。结果:川芎挥发油的β-CD最佳包合工艺为挥发油-β-CD(1∶8)
搅拌2 h
45℃下包合。结论:所建立的方法稳定可靠
挥发油包合率较高
适用于含川芎药材制剂的剂型改进。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound of volatile oil in Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Method:The study was carried out with L9(34) orthogonal design
using three indexes including the proportion of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin
inclusion temperature and stirring time as the investigation factors
to evaluate the volatile oil utilization efficiency
inclusion yield and inclusion oil content compre-hensively
then choose the best preparation technology and validate the inclusion compound.Result:The optimum preparation condition for inclusion was established as:the ratio of volatile oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong to β-CD was(1:8);the temperature was at 45 ℃ and the stirring time was 2 h.Conclusion:The preparation procedure of including volatile oil was stable
reliable and was suitable for improving dosage form of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
