摘要

目的:探讨紫石英对排卵障碍大鼠模型卵泡刺激素受体（FSHR）、黄体生成素受体（LHR）的影响以及紫石英作用的物质基础。方法:选用未成年24日龄SD雌性大鼠60只随机分为模型组、克罗米芬组、紫石英组、氟化钙组、补肾活血方组、正常组6组。用Bogovich法建立大鼠排卵障碍病理模型

给药组分别ig紫石英4.8 g.kg-1

氟化钙4.0 g.kg-1

补肾活血方16.2 g.kg-1

连续14 d

克罗米芬0.009 5 g.kg-1

连续5 d。以克罗米芬及补肾活血汤为对照

用免疫组化法观察紫石英对排卵障碍大鼠卵巢局部FSHR与LHR表达的影响。结果:模型组卵巢卵泡膜细胞存在LHR高表达

与正常组比较P<0.01;卵巢颗粒细胞存在FSHR低表达

与正常组比较P<0.05。紫石英组、氟化钙组、补肾活血方组及克罗米芬组与模型组比较

卵巢组织FSHR的表达增强（P<0.05）

卵巢组织LHR表达降低

但仅氟化钙组P<0.01。紫石英组与氟化钙组比较

FSHR差异无统计学意义

LHR表达强度高于氟化钙组

差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:紫石英可明显提高FSHR在卵巢颗粒细胞中的表达强度

其对FSHR的激动作用及对LHR的抑制作用可能源于紫石英中氟化钙和其他成分的共同作用。紫石英对FSHR

LHR在卵巢组织中表达水平的影响

可能是其改善大鼠排卵障碍的机制之一。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the material basis of the fluoritum’s influence on the rat model with ovula-tion failure on FSHR and LHR.Method:Sixty 24-day-old SD female young rats were divided into six groups at ran-dom:model group

clomifene group

fluoritum group（4.8 g.kg-1）

calcium fluoride group（4.0 g.kg-1）

Bushen Huoxue soup group（16.2 g.kg-1） and normal control group.And using the immunohistochemical method

the level of FSHR and LHR of the rats with ovarian failure was observed.Result:FSHR in ovarian failure model rats was un-der-expressed and LHR was up-expressed in theca cells and granulose cells.Compared to the model group

calcium fluoride.Bushen Huoxue soup

clomifene were obviously adjusted（P < 0.05 or P < 0.01）.Conclusion:Fluoritum can adjust the expression of FSHR

LHR in theca cells and granu-lose cells.Fluoritum can stimulate the follicular development and the excretion of follicle on the anovulative model rats.
