Influence of Fluoritum on Rats with Ovarian Failure and Level of FSHR and LHR
Objective:To explore the material basis of the fluoritum’s influence on the rat model with ovula-tion failure on FSHR and LHR.Method:Sixty 24-day-old SD female young rats were divided into six groups at ran-dom:model group
clomifene group
fluoritum group(4.8 g.kg-1)
calcium fluoride group(4.0 g.kg-1)
Bushen Huoxue soup group(16.2 g.kg-1) and normal control group.And using the immunohistochemical method
the level of FSHR and LHR of the rats with ovarian failure was observed.Result:FSHR in ovarian failure model rats was un-der-expressed and LHR was up-expressed in theca cells and granulose cells.Compared to the model group
