摘要

目的:确定复方红景天口含片的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法:以红景天苷和二苯乙烯苷的含量为指标

采用正交试验（L934）优选提取工艺条件。结果:影响醇提工艺的因素的程度依次为提取时间、固液比、乙醇体积分数。最适工艺条件为:加12倍量的60%乙醇

浸泡30 min

煎煮60 min。结论:工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction procedure of compound Hongjingtian buccal tablets.Method: The extraction ratio of the content of salidroside and 2

4′-terahydroxystilbene-O-β-D-glucoside（stilbene glycoside） was used as index

and the optimum condition of the extraction was studied by the orthogonal L9（34）.Result: The influencing effects of factors were as follows C>A>B（A: liquid-solid ratio

B: alcohol concentration

C: extraction time）.The optimize extraction condition was as follows: 12 times of 60% alcohol

soaking 30 min

reflux 60 min.Conclusion: The optimum extraction procedure is stable and practical.
