Research for Preparation Technique of Begonia fimbristipula Effervescent Tablets
Objective:Extract the cyanidin flavones like cyanidin 3-O-glucoside from the Begonia fimbristipula
and prepare the effervescent tablets with the extract.Method: The macroporous resin was used to separate and purify the cyanidin flavones from B.fimbristipula.The parameters of the effervescent tablet preparation technique were studied with the orthogonal experimental design.Conventional preparation test methods for tablets
TLC
and RP-HPLC methods were used to evaluate the quality of the prepared effervescent tablets.Result: The effervescent tablets retained the flavor of the soft drink made from B.fimbristipula and the quality conformed to the requirements of effervescent tablets.Conclusion: The preparation technique developed in the research was applicable for preparing B.fimbristipula effervescent tablets.
