Determination of Hypoxanthine and Uridine in Leech by HPLC
Objective:To determine hypoxanthine and uridine in leech to provide scientific basis for its quality control.Method: An ODS-BP liquid chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water.Wavelength was at 254 nm.Result: The linear range of hypoxanthine was within 0.88-14.08g·L-1(r=0.999 7).The sample recovery rate was 99.69%
RSD 1.23%.The linear range of uridine was within 2.12-33.92 g·L-1(r=0.999 8).The sample recovery rate was 99.20%
RSD 1.17%.Conclusion: This method has good repeatability and flexibility.It can be used for quality control in production of leech.
