摘要

胰岛素是一种常用降糖药

但直接将胰岛素口服给药

可使其在胃肠道被蛋白酶迅速降解

因此临床通常采用注射给药

但注射给药给病人带来诸多不便。近年来

非注射给药途径的胰岛素制剂已成为研究热点。随着国内外对胰岛素制剂的深入研究和药剂工业的发展

胰岛素非注射给药系统研究的发展十分迅速

取得了很大的进展。根据中医的研究理论可知

糖尿病早期以阴虚燥热型及气阴两虚型为多见

中药对于糖尿病的胰岛素功能、胰岛素抵抗及症状均有改善作用。中药联合胰岛素治疗可以更有效地控制糖尿病病情

减少并发症

能取得更好的治疗效果。全文介绍了胰岛素的口服、透皮、黏膜、肺部等非注射给药系统

并阐述了中药联合胰岛素治疗阴虚燥热型糖尿病的研究进展。

Abstract

Insulin is an effective drug for diabetes mellitus in clinical practice

but the main administration is injection because of its quick degradation in gastrointestinal tract.To facilitate the use of insulin in clinical practice

the Non-injecting administration is investigated.In recent years

Non-injecting route of administration of insulin preparations has become a research hotspot.In recent years

better ways of insulin administration are being sought.Insulin has been rapidly developed in its non-injective delivery.Meanwhile

according to traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）theory

Chinese herbal medicine was effective in the treatment of diabetes.Traditional Chinese medicine combined insulin therapy can obtain better therapeutic effect.The recent developments for insulin administration and combination with TCM are reviewed and analyzed.
