摘要

目的:观察防纤汤治疗类风湿性关节炎相关肺间质病变的临床疗效。方法:选取符合入组条件的观察病例共45例

按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组以强的松0.5 mg.kg-1.d-1和环磷酰胺400 mg加生理盐水100 mL针为主治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上同时联合中药防纤汤水煎400 mL

每日分2次

口服

治疗

两组疗程均3个月。观察治疗前后症状、体征、血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子、肺高分辨CT、肺功能变化及有无不良反应。结果:两组临床疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为78.26%

对照组为54.55%（P<0.05）;两组主要炎症指标、肺功能指标、肺HRCT积分均有明显改善（P<0.05

P<0.01）

治疗组较对照组改善更明显（P<0.01）

同时治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论:防纤汤能明显减轻类风湿性关节炎相关肺间质病变程度

缓解临床症状。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Fangxian decoction（FX） on rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease.Method:Forty-five patients with rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease were randomLy divided into control group received prednisone and cyclophosphamide

and treatment group received FX

prednisone and cyclophosphamide orally for 3 months.The changes of symptoms

c-reactive protein（CRP）

rheumatoid factor（RF）

lung high resolution CT

lung function were observed.Result:After the treatment

while the effects of the treatment group were significantly better than the effects of the control group（P<0.05

or P<0.01）.Conclusion: FX is obviously effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease with favorable safety.
