摘要

目的:研究梅叶冬青叶的化学成分。方法:采用回流提取、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等分离手段

利用MS

1H-NMR

13 C-NMR等光谱技术

鉴定化合物结构。结果:共分离鉴定7个化合物

分别为山奈酚-3

7-双-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、山奈酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、芦丁、齐墩果酸、正三十烷酸、蔗糖。结论:除化合物2以外

其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate chemical constituents of Ilex asprella.Method: Reflux extraction

silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 were used for separation.MS

1H-NMR

13 C-NMR and other spectroscopic techniques were used for identification of compounds.Result:Seven compounds were isolated and identified

they were kaempferol-3

7-di-O-β-D-glucopynanoside

kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopynanoside

kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopynanoside

rutin

oleanolic acid

triacontanoic acid

and sucrose respectively.Conclusion: All compounds were first isolated from this plant except for compound 2.
