目的:观察大柴胡汤对梗阻性黄疸患者术后血清总胆红素(total bilirubin
TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(alanineaminotransferase
ALT)及谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase
AST)的影响。方法:将手术后的366例梗阻性黄疸患者随机分为治疗组201例、对照组165例。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上辅以口服大柴胡汤(柴胡30 g

连服7 d;对照组行梗阻性黄疸术后常规治疗

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Dachaihu Tang on serum concentration of total bilirubin(TBIL)
alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in Post-operative patients with obstructive jaundice surgery.Method: 366 cases of post-operative patients with obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group of 201 cases and control group of 165 cases.The control group received conventional treatment after surgery of obstructive jaundice
treatment group was supplemented with high daisaikotofrom the second day after surgery
lasting a total of seven days
the serum concentrations of TBIL
ALT and AST were observed after 5-7 d and 12-14 d in both group.Result:The serum concentrations of TBIL
ALT and AST in both group were significantly decreased compared with pre-operation.Compared with the control group there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The serum concentrations of TBIL
ALT and AST in treatment group decreased significantly
