摘要

目的:探讨宁心汤对高血压性心脏病左室舒张功能（LVDD）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的影响。方法:选符合纳入标准的高血压性心脏病患者65例

随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上

予宁心汤;对照组仅予西医常规治疗

疗程6个月。结果:两组综合疗效比较

治疗组LVDD明显改善

hs-CRP水平明显降低

有显著性差异（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论:宁心汤联合西医常规治疗高血压性心脏病患者

其左室舒张功能改善即改善左室舒张末期心肌的顺应性、降低超敏C反应蛋白含量

疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Abstract

Objective:To research the effect of Ningxin Tang left ventricle diastole dysfunction（LVDD）and high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Method:Sixty five patients with essential hypertension were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine-Ningxin tang and routine western medicine.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine.The period of treatment was 6 months.Result:The LVDD of the treatment group was obviously improved compared with that of the control group.The level hs-CRP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05 or P<0.01）.Conclusion:The effect of Ningxin Tang on LVDD and hs-CRP was super than that of the western medicine alone.
