摘要

目的:建立饿蚂蝗中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法

以槲皮素为对照品

测定波长510nm。结果:槲皮素对照品在0.020 8～0.104 g.L-1与吸光度线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）

平均加标回收率为98.09%

测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.34%（n=5）。结论:该方法简便易行、现性好、结果可靠

适用于饿蚂蝗总黄酮的定量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination of total flavones in Desmodium Sambuse.Method: Quercetin was used as reference material

and the samples were determined at 510 nm.Result: The linear range for quercetin was 0.020 8-0.104 0 g·L-1.（r=0.999 7）

The recovery rate was 98.09%;RSD 1.34%（n=5）.Conclusion: This method was easy to handle with accuracy and reproducibility and suitable for quantitative determination of flavonoid in Desmodium Sambuse.
