摘要

目的:建立同时测定金花茶叶中槲皮素、木犀草素和山柰酚含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）;以甲醇-0.6%磷酸（52∶48）为流动相等度洗脱;流速1 mL.min-1;柱温25℃;检测波长365 nm。结果:槲皮素、木犀草素和山柰酚分别在3.3～16.7

2.7～28.8

4.1～14.7 mg.L-1峰面积和质量浓度线性关系良好（r≥0.9992）

平均加样回收率分别为98.00%

99.06%

98.11%

RSD分别为1.27%

0.62%

0.94%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好

可用于金花茶叶质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:Determination of three kinds of flavonoid aglycones in the leaves of Camellia chrysantha（Hu）by RP-HPLC.Method:The determination of three kinds of flavonoid aglycones was carried out with Agilent TC-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm）

using methanol-water（52∶48）and flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1and detected at the wave-length of 365 nm.Result: The quercetin and kaempferol of quercetin

luteolin and kaempferol were linear in the range of 3.3-16.7

2.7-28.8

4.1-14.7 mg·L-1 respectively.The average recovery was 98.00%

0.94%.Conclusion:The methods were simple

rapid and reliable and could be used to control the quality of the C.chrysantha（Hu）.
