摘要
目的:建立咽扁宁冲剂中梓醇和肉桂酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm)
梓醇:流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈(95∶4∶1)
波长212 nm
流速1.0 mL.min-1;肉桂酸:流动相为甲醇-1%冰乙酸溶液(50∶50)
波长278 nm
流速1.2 mL.min-1。结果:梓醇和肉桂酸分别在3.36~168
0.156~104 mg.L-1呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为梓醇101.59%
RSD 1.36%(n=5);肉桂酸101.28%
RSD 1.28%(n=5)。结论:此方法简便
准确
重复性好
可用于咽扁宁冲剂的质量控制和评价。
Abstract
Objective:To establish the method for determination of catalpol and cinnamicacid in Yanbianning granule.Method: Catalpol and cinnamicacid were determined by HPLC on C18-column at 212 nm and 278 nm
with water-methanol-acetonitrile(95∶4∶1) and methanol-1% ice acetic(50∶50) as mobile phase
the flow rate were 1.0 mL·min-1 and 1.2 mL·min-1
respectively.Result:Under each condition
The calibration curves of catalpol and cinnamicacid were linear in the ranges of 3.36-168
0.156-104 mg·L-1
respectively.And the each average recoveries of the method were 101.59% for catalpol(RSD 1.36%
n=5)
101.28.% for cinnamicacid(RSD 1.28%
n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple
accurate and repeatable
it can be used for quality control of Yanbianning granule.
