Study on Effect of Antimicrobial Peptides Dybowskin-1ST from Skin of Rana dybowskii on Wound Healing Skin of Mice
Objective:Observing the effect of secretion from the skin of Rana dybowskii on the wound healing of experimental mice.Method: Sixty mice were randomly divided into three groups: glycerol control group
external emergency ointment group and dybowskin-1ST group(50 mg·L-1
10 μg each wound).The wound model of skin was established.Experimental material(0.2 mL) was used to smear each wound and extend 2-3 mm once a day.Measured the square of wound every two days.Then the healing rate of wound in mice was measured.At the third and seventh days
we maked the wound with the skin around into tissue sections and observed their histomophological changes in light microscope.Result: We can obtain that dybowskin-1ST and external emergency ointment can respectively increases the rate of wound healing by 16.04% and 20.87% at the 7th day.Corresponding healing rates were(86.74±0.27)% and(91.57±0.14)%.On the other hand
histomophology suggets dybowskin-1ST group and external emergency ointment group display more fibroblasts and blood capillary
futhermore
tissue demixing appear more conspicuous.Conclution: We prove that dybowskin-1ST can improve the state of granulation tissue and collagen fibers
accelerating significantly the healing of impaired wound in mice.
