其机制可能涉及单胺能神经系统。
Abstract
Objective:To study the antidepressant effects of the total flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis(TFSB) in mice.Method: Male ICR mice were divided into control and four treatment groups.The treatment groups were received TFSB at dose of 25

100 mg·kg-1 and fluoxetine at 20 mg·kg-1 administration for 7 days respectively.Forced swimming test(FST)
tail suspension test(TST) and reserpine reversal test were conducted for behavior evaluation at 1 h after the last administration.Result: 50
100 mg·kg-1 of TFSB and 20 mg·kg-1 of fluoxetine significantly decreased immobility time of mice in both FST and TST.Moreover

100 mg·kg-1 of TFSB significantly antagonize the decrease in body temperature
akinesia and eyelid ptosis induced by reserpine in mice.Conclusion: These results suggested that TFSB possessed potent antidepressant-like properties
and the mechanism may involved in monoaminergic nervous systems.
