摘要

目的:用双黄连（冻干）剂、复方丹参注射液、注射用阿昔洛韦联合治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察。方法:90例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用阿昔洛韦针0.5 g、双黄连（冻干）剂3.0 g、复方丹参注射液250 mL联合静脉点滴治疗

每日1次

外用阿昔洛韦（0.3%）软膏

每日4次。对照组用阿昔洛韦注射液0.25 g

每日3次

静脉点滴

外用阿昔洛韦（0.3%）软膏

每日4次。治疗组和对照组均连用1周。结果:治疗组50例中

治愈40例

治愈率为96%

对照组40例中

治愈25例

治愈率为85%

两组间效率比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:注射用阿昔洛韦、注射用双黄连（冻干剂）、复方丹参注射液治疗带状疱疹起效快、病程短、止痛迅速彻底、PHN（带状疱疹后遗神经痛）的发生率低

效果显著。

Abstract

Objective:The clinic effects of Shuanghuanglian（freeze-dried）

Acyclovir

Compound Danshen Injection in treating herpes zoster.Method: 90 herpes zoster patients were divided randomly into treated group and control group.For the treated group

patients were treated with Acyclovir Injection 0.5g

Shuanghuanglian（freeze-dried） 3.0g

and Compound Danshen Injection 250 mL

IV drip.Qd as well as Acyclovir ointment

Ext.Qid.For the control group

patients were treated with Acyclovir 0.25g I.V drip

Tid as well as Acyclovir ointment

Ext.Qid.Both groups were treated for one week.Result: 40 patients of 50 were cured in treated group.The cure rate was 96%.In 40 controls

25 were cured.The rate was 85%.By comparing the efficiency of treated and control groups

the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion: Acyclovir Injection

Shuanghuanglian（freeze-dried） and Compound Danshen Injection are effective in treating herpes zoster with acting quickly in relieving pain

shortening the course

and lowering the incidence of PHN.
