目的:建立新疆昆仑雪菊中绿原酸和黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Kunlun Chrysanthemum.Method:The HPLC method was used.The sample was analyzed on an Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm × 150 mm
5 μm) column at 25 temperature
with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.05% phosphoric acid(pH 3.0) by gradient eluteion at the flow rate of 0.6 mL.min-1
The wavelength was at 330 nm.Result:The regression equation of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.45-15.00 mg.L-1
