摘要
目的:对荚果蕨贯众提取工艺进行优化。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计
以总黄酮得率为考察指标
紫外比色法测定含量
考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间和提取次数4个因素对提取率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为12倍量70%乙醇提取1.0 h
2次。结论:优选的荚果蕨贯众提取工艺稳定、可靠。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize extraction process of Matteuccia struthiopteris.Method: Orthogonal test was carried out to investigate influences of the concentration of ethanol
material-liquid ratio
extraction time and extraction times on extraction with yield of total flavonoids as index.Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 70%
ratio of material-solvent was 1∶ 12(g·mL-1)
extracted 2 times with 1 h per time.Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and reasonable.
