Optimization of Formulation and Preparation Technology for Oleanolic Acid PLGA Nanoparticles
Objective:To improve bioavailability of oleanolic acid
PLGA was used as carrier material to optimize prescription and preparation technology of oleanolic acid nanoparticles.Method: Nanoparticles were prepared by nanoprecipitation method
the content of oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC.With entrapment efficiency as index
prescription was optimized by orthogonal test.Result: Under optimum technology conditions
prepared OA-PLGA-NP was creamy white colloidal solution with a blue color
average particle size 129 nm
entrapment efficiency 88.64%.Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple
stable and applicable to preparation of OA-PLGA-NP.
