摘要
目的:考察麻黄与老鹳草配伍前后主要活性成分盐酸麻黄碱和没食子酸提出率的变化
探讨两药配伍使用的增效作用机制。方法:以盐酸麻黄碱和没食子酸为指标
HPLC测定含量
采用正交试验法优选配伍前后提取工艺。结果:麻黄配伍后盐酸麻黄碱的提出率分别为5.136
5.485 mg·g-1
老鹳草配伍前后没食子酸的提出率分别为1.352
1.564 mg·g-1。结论:麻黄和老鹳草配伍前后盐酸麻黄碱、没食子酸提出率均增加
为两药配伍使用增效作用提供依据。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate change of extract rate of main active ingredient before and after compatibility of Ephedrae sinica and Erodium stephanianum
such as ephedrina hydrochloridum and galic acid
and explore synergistic effect mechanism when compatibility of this two medicines.Method: Taking the contents of ephedrina hydrochloridum and galic acid as indexes
before and after compatibility
optimum extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test and HPLC was adopted to determine the content of each index components.Result: Before and after compatibility
Extract rates of ephedrina hydrochloridum from E.sinica were 5.136
5.485 mg·g-1
extract rates of galic acid from E.stephanianum were 1.352
1.564 mg·g-1.Conclusion: After compatibility of E.sinica and E.Stephanianum
extract rate of ephedrina hydrochloridum and galic acid increased respectively.It provided basis for synergistic effect when two medicines were companied with each other.
