摘要

目的:考察荜澄茄、干姜、辛夷挥发油对模型药磷酸川芎嗪的经皮渗透的影响。方法:用改良Franz扩散池法

以氮酮为对照

考察质量分数分别为1%

7%的荜澄茄、干姜、辛夷挥发油对模型药磷酸川芎嗪经小鼠皮肤的促渗效果

采用HPLC测定磷酸川芎嗪的含量。结果:5%氮酮

1%荜澄茄油

3%干姜油及5%辛夷油对磷酸川芎嗪的促透效果最好

对20 g·L-1磷酸川芎嗪12 h平均累计渗透量（Q12）分别为0.841 2

加入1%荜澄茄油的磷酸川芎嗪的Q12明显高于阴性对照组。结论:1%荜澄茄油、3%干姜油及5%辛夷油均能增加磷酸川芎嗪的经皮渗透量。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate percutaneous penetration effect of different concentrations of volatile oil from Fructus Litseae（FL）

Rhizoma Zingiberis（RZ） and Flos Magnoliae（FM） on model drug-tetramethylpyrazine phosphate（TP）.Method: Modified Franz diffusion cell method was used

enhancing penetration effect through mouse skin of 1%

7% volatile oil extracted from FL

RZ and FM on LP were investigated with azone as comparison

the content of LP was determined by HPLC.Result: 5% azone

1% volatile oil from FL

3% volatile oil from RZ

5% volatile oil from FM had the best effect on enhancing permeation effect of LP through skin of mice

average cumulative permeation quantity on 20 g·L-1LP in 12 h（Q12）were 0.841 2
