简便可靠
可用于片姜黄药材的鉴别
可以为片姜黄的质量控制和临床使用提供依据。
Abstract
Objective:To find a quality evaluation method of Concisum Rhizoma Wenyujin.Method: HPLC fingerprint profiles of sixteen samples were established.Column Kromasil 100-5C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water
and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.A matrix including 41 variations(characteristic peaks area) and 16 cases(samples) was constructed for similarity evaluation
cluster analysis and principle component analysis.Result: The results showed that the collected samples had a good similarity.A specificity fingerprint chromatogram was produced and fourteen characteristic peaks were designated.Sixteen samples were divided into three groups.Conclusion: It was a reliable and available method of quality control of Rhizoma wenyujin concisum and it was necessary for the safe and practicable use of this herbal medicine.
