摘要

目的:建立尖尾芋和海芋叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别方法

为药材鉴别、质量标准制定及深层次开发利用提供新的资料。方法:在植物地理学考察和原植物鉴定的基础上

以叶形态-脉序图谱法观察尖尾芋和海芋叶的形态与各级脉序。结果:尖尾芋和海芋的主要区别点在于尖尾芋叶片宽卵状心形

叶基心形或圆形

先端骤尖

侧脉5～8对

侧脉整体走向为斜向上方并且向中肋靠拢;海芋叶片阔卵形

叶基耳形

先端短尖

侧脉9～12对

侧脉整体走向趋于向左右两侧延伸。结论:叶形态-脉序图谱可作为尖尾芋和海芋的主要鉴别特征之一

用于其药材识别和质量标准的制定。

Abstract

Objective:To compare and identify leaf venation characteristics of Alocasia cucullatat and A.macrorrhiza.Method: An identification method for LMVP（leaf morphological-venation pattern for identification Chinese herbs） was established and applied.Result: The difference between A.cucullatat and A.macrorrhiza is as follows: A.cucullatat: leaf blade is oval-cordate

leaf base cordate or round

leaf apice cuspidate

lateral veins 5-8

inclined up and close to the central;A.macrorrhiza: leaf blade is broad-ovate

leaf base auriculate

leaf apices mucronate

lateral veins 9-12

tend to the left or right side extension respectively.Conclusion: The leaf morphological-venation pattern can be used to identify the characteristic of A.cucullata and A.macrorrhiza and provide basis for the establishment of its quality standard.
