Effects of Danlou Tablet on Expression of Bcl-2,Caspase-3 in Myocardium in Myocardial Infarction Rats
其他各组一次性sc Iso 15 mg·kg-1制备急性心肌梗死模型。造模后24 h观测心肌病理形态学、梗死面积、心肌Bcl-2和Caspase-3蛋白表达水平。结果:与模型组比较
丹蒌片900 mg·kg-1可明显减轻缺血心肌病理损害程度
缩小心肌梗死面积[2组依次为(2.185±0.637)%及(1.224±0.365)%
P<0.01]
上调缺血心肌Bcl-2积分吸光度(IA):(27.32±7.00及42.41±8.13
P<0.01)蛋白表达
下调心肌Caspase-3积分吸光度(IA):(38.40±6.33及26.26±6.79
P<0.01)蛋白表达。结论:丹蒌片通过上调心肌Bcl-2蛋白表达
下调Caspase-3蛋白表达
减轻心肌细胞凋亡
减少心肌梗死面积
保护心肌缺血损伤。
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Danlou tablet on myocardial Infarct size and expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein in rats with acute isoproterenol-induced myocardial infarction.Method:Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: Control group(normal saline 10 mL·kg-1·d-1

model group(normal saline 10 mL·kg-1·d-1
n=10)
Danlou high dose group(900 mg·kg-1·d-1
n=10)
Danlou low dose group(450 mg·kg-1·d-1
n=10).Each group was ig given for 14 d.Except for control group
the acute myocardial infarction model was induced by subcutaneous injection of Iso 15 mg·kg-1 in 14 d afte administration.The pathological changes in myocardial
myocardial infarct size and expression of myocardial Bcl-2
Caspase-3 protein were observed in 24 h after injection of Iso.Result: Compared with model group
Danlou tablet could significantly reduce the extent of ischemic myocardial injury
