Effect of Jiangtang Fanglong Fang on High Glucose Cultured Osteoblast Osteocalcin Secretion in vitro
Objective:To study the Jiangtang Fanglong fang on high glucose cultured osteoblast osteocalcin secretion in vitro.Method:Modified separation of tissue was used to culture neonatal rat calvaria osteoblasts.The α-MEM medium with different concentrations of serum containing Jiangtang Fanglong fang and drug-free serum were added to the osteoblasts cultured in high glucose system(final concentration of sugar).The levels of osteocalcin were measured by radioimmunoassay.Result: The serum containing Jiangtang Fanglong fang with 100

10 mg·L-1 had a significant promoting action.The higher concentrations had no significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of osteoblasts.Conclusion:The serum containing Jiangtang Fanglong fang can regulate in vitro cultured osteoblast osteocalcinsecretion.
