目的:监测兔急性肺血栓栓塞症(APTE)模型血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)

IL-1β水平的变化
探讨炎症因子与肺损伤的关系。方法:自体血栓法建立兔APTE模型
随机分为对照组、模型组。ELISA法检测血清各指标
术毕行病理分析。结果:栓塞后IL-4在发病早期未见升高
发病后6 h明显升高
模型组与对照组分别为(42.8±1.35)
(16.9±1.59)ng·mL-1(P<0.05)
栓塞后4 hTNF-α模型组与对照组分别为(3.52±0.42)
(1.29±0.36)ng·mL-1(P<0.05)
栓塞后2 h IL-1β模型组与对照组分别为(2.66±0.12)
(0.34±0.15)ng·mL-1(P<0.05)
水平明显高于对照组。形态学观察结果可见
栓塞后肺动脉内血栓形成
肺组织萎缩、出血、炎性反应明显。结论:APTE模型血清炎症因子发生的不同变化
在引起急性肺损伤中起重要作用。
Abstract
Objective:To monitor changes in serum TNF-α
interleukin-4(IL-4) and interlukin-1β(IL-1β) in rabbit with acute pulmonary thromboembolism(APTE)
and to investigate the relation between inflammatory factors and lung injury.Method: Rabbit APTE model was established by auto-thrombus.The rabbits were randomly divided into control group and model group.ELISA was employed to determine serum TNF-α
IL-4 and IL-1β.Pathological analysis was carried out after the experimental operation.Result: In the early stage of APTE
there was no significant change in the parameters.After 6 h of thromboembolism
IL-4 was(42.8±1.35) ng·mL-1
whereas(16.9±1.59) ng·mL-1 in the controls(P<0.05).After 4 h and 2 h of thromboembolism
TNF-α and IL-1β were(3.52±0.42) ng·mL-1 and(2.66±0.12) ng·mL-1accordingly
whereas(1.29±0.36) ng·mL-1(P<0.05) and(0.34±0.15) ng·mL-1(P<0.05) in the controls.Pathological evidence showed that arterial thrombus
lung tissue atrophy
bleeding and inflammatory responses were significant.Conclusion: The inflammatory factors induced by APTE play important role in acute pulmonary lung injury.
