摘要
目的:优选丽安康片提取工艺。方法:水提取部分以黄芪甲苷为指标
乙醇提取部分以淫羊藿苷为指标
分别采用正交试验优化提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为黄芪、当归水提共煎
加8倍量水煎煮3次
每次1.5 h
70℃减压干燥;淫羊藿加14倍量70%乙醇提取2次
每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行
可作为丽安康片的提取工艺。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize extraction process of Li’ankang tablet.Method:Extraction process of Li’ankang tablet was optimized by orthogonal design with multiple indexes.Astragaloside was used as index in water extract part
but with icariin as index in ethanol extract part.Result:Optimal extraction process of Li’ankang tablet was as follows: ratio of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis 5∶ 1
added 8 times the amount of water to boil together
decocted 3 times with 1.5 h each time
vacuum drying under 70 ℃;Epimedium brevicornu was added 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol to extract 2times
one h per time.Conclusion:Optimized extraction process of Li’ankang tablet was reasonable
stable and feasible
and could be extraction technology of Li’ankang tablet.
