目的:建立高效液相色谱同时测定复方昆丹胶囊中多种成分含量的方法
采用正交设计法优选复方昆丹胶囊中有效成分的提取工艺。方法:以5
7-二甲氧基香豆素
白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ为指标
采用正交试验
考察提取次数
提取时间
乙醇体积分数及用量等因素的影响
优化提取条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为8倍量75%乙醇提取3次
每次0.5 h。结论:优选的提取工艺多种有效成分的提取率均较高
适用于生产。

and extraction solvent were considered.The orthogonal test was used for optimization.Result: The optimum extract process was:8 times as much 75% alcohol extracted 0.5 h
the extract number of times were three times.Conclusion: The optimum process provides a high yield for both three components
