目的:探讨乌鸡白凤丸对小鼠前列腺增生模型的影响。方法:采用昆明种小鼠去势
连续3周sc丙酸睾酮5mg·kg-1·d-1
造前列腺增生模型。将模型小鼠分为5组

450 mg·kg-1癃闭舒胶囊混悬液和同体积的生理盐水
另设一组空白组给同体积生理盐水;每天给药1次

观察乌鸡白凤丸对前列腺增生模型小鼠血清睾酮、雌二醇水平
前列腺指数及前列腺、胸腺组织形态的影响。结果:与前列腺增生模型组比

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Wuji Baifeng Wan on benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) in mice.Method:Experimental prostatic hyperplasia mouse model was produced in the gonadectomy mouse by hypodermic injecting testosterone propionate 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 30 d.The model mice were divided into 5 groups

450 mg·kg-1 longbishu capsule suspension and the same volume of normal saline solution.The blank control group was fed with the same volume of normal saline solution.Every group was given daily for 30 days.At two hours after the last administration
