摘要

目的:探讨苦参与白土苓配伍的合理性。方法:采用小鼠体内抑瘤、镇痛、止血、抗炎四种模型

比较复方苦参注射液（含生药15

2.63 g·kg-1）、白土苓注射液（含生药4.5

1.13 g·kg-1）与药效的关系。结果:复方苦参注射液、苦参注射液具有明显的体内抑瘤（高、中剂量）、镇痛（高、中剂量）、抗炎（高剂量）作用和止血作用（高剂量）;白土苓注射液仅有一定的镇痛（高、中剂量）、缩短凝血时间（高剂量）作用;苦参与白土苓配伍为复方苦参注射液后

可增强苦参的抑瘤作用（高、中、低剂量）

可提高苦参的镇痛作用强度和作用时间

缩短凝血时间（高剂量）和出血时间（高剂量）

并提高苦参的抗炎作用（高、中、低剂量）。结论:苦参和白土苓配伍应用具有协同增效作用

表明复方苦参注射液配伍应用具有合理性。

Abstract

Objective:To study the rationality for compatibility of Kushen and Baituling.Method: Four mouse models of tumor

shorten the coagulation time and hemorrhage time（high dose）.Conclusion: Kushen and Baituling have synergistic action with compatible rationality in Compound Kushen injection.
