介绍中药重楼抗肿瘤的作用机制。通过中国知网和Pubmed检索工具

查阅近年来34篇相关资料

对中药重楼抗肿瘤作用机制的文献进行整理和分析。中药重楼可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞分化、抑制肿瘤细胞转移、调节机体免疫等机制发挥抗肿瘤的作用。诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡为其主要途径

但某些作用机制尚需进一步研究。

Abstract

The paper introduced the antitumor mechanisms on Rhizoma Paridis.The antitumor mechanisms were reviewed based on recent 34 relevant articles about Rhizoma Paridis by CNKI and Pubmed.Rhizoma Paridis may play an anti-tumor effect by inducing tumor cell apoptosis

inhibiting tumor cell proliferation

inducing tumor cell differentiation

inhibiting tumor cell metastasis and regulating immune mechanisms.Inducing apoptosis of tumor cells may be their main way

but further studies on other mechanisms can be needed.
