Simultaneous Determination of Three Active Ingredients in Wujia Shenghua Capsule by HPLC
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid
ferulic acid and isofraxidine in Wujia Shenghua capsules.Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Welch Materials XBP-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃.The UV detection wavelengths were at 327

343 nm.A gradient elution of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was adopted at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The injection volume was 20 μL.Result:The good resolution can be achieved among chlorogenic acid
ferulic acid and isofraxidine.Chlorogenic acid
ferulic acid and isofraxidine were linear in the range of 18.15-108.90 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8)
5.10-30.60 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5) and 7.35-44.10 g·L-1(r=0.999 4)
respectively.The average recoveries(n=6) were between 95% and 105%.Conclusion: The method is accurate
easy and reproducible
which can be applied to quality control of Wujia Shenghua capsule.
