Volatile Oil in Tibet Medicine Langqing Ata Granule
Objective: To develop the method for qualitative and quantitative determination of the volatile oil in Tibet medicine Langqing Ata granule.Method: All the volatile oil was identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry
and the content of linalool in volatile oil was determined by headspace gas chromatography.Result: Thirty-six compounds
about 90% of the total volatile oil
were separated and identified. The calibration curve of linalool was linear within the range of 10.62-169.92 μg
the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9
and the average recovery(n=6) was 99.2%.Conclusion: The established method is simple
accurate and reliable. It could be used for quality control of Tibet medicine Langqing Ata granule.
