摘要

目的:优选水溶性紫朱软膏的基质组成及配比。方法:以软膏的外观性状、稳定性、延展性、稠度、pH及显微镜检观察等为评价指标

采用L9（34）正交试验设计对基质中纯水、泊洛沙姆407、聚乙二醇400、聚乙二醇4000等所占比例进行优选。结果:筛选出水溶性基质紫朱软膏的最佳处方为主药12.5%

纯水35%

泊洛沙姆407 17%

聚乙二醇400 4.5%

聚乙二醇4000 1.5%

聚乙二醇1500 4.5%

泊洛沙姆188 12%

甘油13%。结论:按优选工艺制备的水溶性基质紫朱软膏外观细腻均匀

稠度及延展性适宜

性状稳定

符合临床使用要求。

Objective: To optimize the best ground substance of water-soluble Zizhu ointment.Method: Character

L9（34） orthogonal test was employed to determine the effects of the four factors including the proportion of pure water

Poloxamer 407

PEG400 and PEG4000.Result: The best proportion of the prescription was as follows: 12.5% main drug

17% Poloxamer 407

4.5% PEG400

1.5% PEG4000

4.5% PEG1500

12% Poloxamer188

13% glycerine.Conclusion: The optimized ointment was fine uniform

with suitable consistence and ductility and stable properties.It was appropriate for the clinical use.
