Content Determination and Removal Method Investigation of Phenolic Acid from Ginkgo biloba
Objective:To establish content determination of phenolic acid from Ginkgo biloba
and investigate its removal method.Method:The content of phenolic acid from G.biloba was determined by HPLC;with quercetin as reference
the content of total flavones glycosides was determined by HPLC
to investigate its removal method.Result:Removal of ginkgolicacad by combining absorbent with ion-exchange resin could get a good effect
phenolic acid from extract of G.biloba was 2.77 μg·g-1after handled.Conclusion:Received phenolic acid from extract of G.biloba was in line with international standards
its removal method didn’t affect total flavones and total bilobalide yield from G.biloba.
