Objective: To simultaneously determine epiberberine

evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Zuojin pill ethanol extracts.Method: The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm).The mobile phase comprised acetonitrile(A) and water phase(B) [0.1% phosphoric acid and 0.05% triethylamine].Detection was performed at a wavelength of 265 nm(0-40 min) and 225 nm(40-55 min).Result: Epiberberine
