摘要
目的:建立不同产地禹州漏芦药材的高效液相指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC
测定了14批不同产地的禹州漏芦样品。Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm
5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液
梯度洗脱;柱温25℃
检测波长280nm
流速0.9 mL·min-1
记录色谱图75 min。结果:建立了禹州漏芦药材指纹图谱
确定了10个共有峰。结论:该法重复性好、可靠、简便
为禹州漏芦药材的质量控制提供依据。
Abstract
Objective: To study the fingerprint of Echinopsis Radix from different habitats by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:Fourteen batches Echinopsis Radix samples were determined with the HPLC method.The separation was carried out at 25 ℃on a Hypersil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase by gradient elution.The detective wavelength was at 280 nm with the flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-1.Result: The fingerprint of Echinopsis Radix was estabtisned
a total of 10 fingerprint peaks had been marked out.Conclusion:This method was reliable and simple good repeatability
which can be the method of quality control for Echinopsis Radix.
