Effect of Invigorating Blood Circulation Group of Qigong Kangxian Prescription on TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in Liver Fibrosis Rats
Objective: To observe the effect of invigorating blood circulation group of Qigong Kangxian prescription(QF) on transforming growth factor betal(TGF-β1) and Smad 2/3 in immunity-damaged liver fibrosis rats.Method: Use porcine serum by intraperitoneal injection to copy the rat model of immunity-damaged liver fibrosis was established by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum rat.Use the double antibody sandwich method was used to determine the contents of serum TGF-β1.Use the immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of liver tissue TGF-β1
Smad2 and Smad3.Result: ①Serological index: the content of TGF-β1 in model group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.01).Compared with model group
the content of TGF-β1 in invigorate blood circulation group was decreased significantly(P<0.01).And with thea manner of dose-effect relationship.②Test the results of immunohistochemical assay: the expression of TGF-β1
Smad2 and Smad3 in model was obvious.Expression of TGF-β1
Smad2 and Smad3 in invigorating blood circulation group was significantly lower than that in model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Invigorating blood circulation group of Qigong Kangxian prescription has the function of inhibiting liver fibrosis by inhibiting TGF-β1and Smad 2/3.
