摘要

目的:观察中西医结合治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:入选患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例）

对照组服用依那普利5 mg

每日2次

硝苯地平缓释片10 mg

每日2次;治疗组在对照组基础上自拟清脑降压饮治疗每日1剂

早晚分服;治疗4周为1个疗程

1个疗程后统计疗效;观察两组治疗前后的血压变化、综合疗效、血流学改变、不良反应等情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为96%

明显优于对照组的84%（P<0.05）;两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、全血黏度（高切和低切）、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原均比治疗前下降（P<0.01或P<0.05）

且2组治疗后比较

治疗组各项指标下降更为明显（P<0.05）。结论:调络降压饮结合西医在改善高血压症状及血液流变学等方面效果显著。

Abstract

Objective: The observation of the clinical effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicinein the treatment of primary hypertension.Method: The selected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group
