摘要

目的:观察痰热清注射液配合西药治疗胸外科术后肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的80例胸外科术后肺部感染患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。两组均常规行手术治疗

术后给予广谱抗生素积极预防、控制感染。同时以盐酸氨溴索注射液30 mL+生理盐水250 mL

1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予痰热清注射液30 mL+生理盐水250 mL

1次/d。两组患者均以7 d为1个疗程

治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:痊愈率观察组77.50%

对照组62.50%

两组差异显著（P<0.05）;总有效率观察95.00%

对照组82.50%

两组差异显著（P<0.05）。咳痰、发热、啰音等消失时间

住院时间

胸片病灶消失时间观察组分别为（5.82±1.45）

（5.27±1.24）

（4.68±1.08）

（12.62±3.28）d

对照组分别为（7.68±1.72）

（5.43±1.22）

（7.36±1.55）

（7.83±1.35）

（15.15±3.18）d

观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:痰热清注射液治疗胸外科术后肺部感染临床疗效显著

可缩短咳痰、发热、啰音等症状、体征消失时间

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Tanreqing injection in treatment of lung infection after thoracic operation.Method: Eiighty cases of lung infection after thoracic operation were randomly divided into the observation group

the control group with 40 cases in each group.The two groups underwent routine operation therapy

postoperative broad-spectrum antibiotic for prevention control of infection.At the same time with ambroxol hydrochloride injection 30 mL+250 mL saline

daily.Based on the treatment of control group the observation group was given Tanreqing injection 30 mL+250 mL saline

gtt daily.Two groups of patients were treateol for 7 days as a 1 course

the therapeutic effects were observed after 1 course of treatment.Result: The cure rate was 77.50% and 62.50% in the observation group and the control group

with significant difference（P<0.05）;the total efficiency was 95% and 82.50% in the observation group and the control group with significant difference（P<0.05）.Vanishing time of sputum
