摘要

目的:观察利胆排石汤联合头孢地嗪、熊去氧胆酸片治疗胆石症的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的60例胆石症患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。两组均给予头孢地嗪1.5 g+250 mL生理盐水

熊去氧胆酸片

150mg

口服

bid。观察组在此基础上加用利胆排石汤

水煎分服

1剂/d。两组均以5 d为1个疗程

每治疗1个疗程休息2 d

治疗4个疗程后观察疗效。结果:痊愈率观察组73.33%

对照组50.00%

两组差异显著（P<0.05）;总有效率观察组93.33%

对照组80.00%

两组差异显著（P<0.05）。起效时间、治疗时间、结石排出时间、住院时间观察组分别为（33.08±11.83）

观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:利胆排石汤联合头孢地嗪、熊去氧胆酸片治疗胆石症临床疗效显著

可缩短起效时间、治疗时间、结石排出时间、住院时间。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the Lidan Paishi decoction combined with Cefodizime

ursodeoxycholic acid tablet for treating cholelithiasis on clinical curative effect.Method: Sxity cases of cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into two groups

with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given cefodizime 1.5 g+250 mL saline

bid.Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets 150 mg

orally bid.The observation group based on the above treatment combined with Lidan Paishi decoction.The 2 group were treated for 5 d as 1 course

total 4 courses.Result: The cure rates were 73.33% and 50%

in the combined treatment group and the control group respectively（P<0.05）;the total efficiency was 93.33% and 80% in the combined treatment group and the control group respectively（P<0.05）.Onset time
